Example of a Web Sales Catalogue/Shop
Product information and picture links are maintained in Acceptum under menu option 'Set Up Data | Accounts'.
Set the Filter option to select only required products, then use the menu option 'Utilities | Export | XML' to create an exported file with the product details in XML format.
The XML file is uploaded to your web site (via FTP), for display (as here) through XSLT style sheets and ASP pages.
You can have different product groupings for different web-sites, or different pages on the same web site.
Web usage
On web order entry by your customers, 2 XML files are created and sent via e-mail/FTP for import into Acceptum.
The first, is the Customer Order Header; the second, is the Customer Order Line Items.
